Every 3rd Sunday of the month WSM presents a new selection of houses and apartments in the Dolomites and Lake Garda. Here your questions will be answered and you will receive information about the offered properties and other WSM products.

In a pleasant environment where refreshments will be served, our guest speakers will give you advice about various topics concerning acquiring and renting property, the right to use and investment possibilities in Italy.

• Reception with coffee.
• At 14:30 guest speaker M.T.J. Dijkslag speaks on behalf of Fifth Season. He will be speaking about the wealth of Northern Italy and possibilities of the area.
• At 15:00 guest speaker U. de Sitter on behalf of WSM, will be speaking about investing in real estate.
• At 15:30, questions and answers. With snacks.
• If there are 20 or more participants we will allot a one week stay for 2 people in one of our apartments in Italy.
