Each year, it is possible for you to switch between the four Scopri l’Italia options. For example, in the first year you use the house but decided to lease out the user rights the next year.

Taking into account the commencement date of your contract, you change your contract to the other option three months prior to that date. You can switch again every year within the Scopri l’Italia system. The validity period remains the same as the initially concluded contract.
