WSM focuses exclusively on the construction of houses and apartments that can be freely sold to people from outside the region as a second or principal home or as very interesting investments. The houses may be let to tourists (see also Comfortare) in the years in which you wish to see your investment grow. This produces a double return.

WSM has a few homes on offer as well as plots of land or entire projects. As a result of WSM’s close and long-standing relationship with local banks, financing of 80% is possible for the purchase of your home.
